The Turnaround

It has been a rough couple of weeks for District Gaming since the season has started, but they snapped out of it Friday and secured wins against both Jazz & Bucks Gaming. Lineup adjustments were made that worked out amazingly. Reesedagod was moved to SF against the Jazz and exploded for 31 of the teams 66 points, along with the 15 and 13 Double double from the Gilly at the Center position.

It was an outstanding team effort and communication for the whole game. With JT orchestrating the offense starting at Point Guard, USERPICK at the Shooting Guard and Dayfri at Power forward knocking down 3’s grabbing boards and locking up on defense. Everyone looked comfortable at their positions the chemistry was just there as well as the trash talk. They went on to defeat Jazz Gaming 66-52 securing their first win of the season. Next, they played Bucks gaming a great team coming off a tough loss Thursday to Kings Gaming. District Gaming came out swinging out the gate and playing amazing defense only allowing 14 points in the 1st half.

The communication and chemistry picked up right where it left off everybody was just having fun leaving it all out on the court. Gilly went on to have another big game at center with 22 and 16! Reesedagod also put on another shooting clinic putting up 29 points and hitting a couple of dagger 3’s with his sharpshooting takeover to seal the game. The team is definitely on a roll and I am loving it. They will look to continue that coming off the bye week for week 6. They will play Grizz Gaming and Celtic Crossover gaming in week 7. Be sure to give me a follow @Jordan__2k and the team @WizardsDG until next time #RunTheDistrict
