The Philadelphia Eagles responded to adversity with a big road win against the Buffalo Bills, so you can cancel those “The Season Is Over” plans.
The run starts now!
Win or lose…come hell or high water… the Eagles will make their stand and Eagles Nation should mail Orlando Scandrick a game ball, thanking him.
His comments on Fox Sports-Undisputed lit a fire – not only on the team but also on the entire Philadelphia Eagles organization.
“For Us To Move On, We Can’t Have M*Fers Like That In The Room” – Malcolm Jenkins On Orlando Scandrick.
It is very clear that Orlando Scandrick’s 15 minutes of fame are up.
Why they won…
The Eagles challenged the teeth of the Buffalo defense and won, rushing for a total of 218-yards on the ground.
Linebacker Brandon Graham had one of the Eagles’ total four sacks and recovered a fumble.
The Philadelphia Eagles improved to 4-4, after the 37-10 prime-time lost at Dallas and are now at the midway point of the regular season, hopefully having turned things in the right direction for good.
“We’re even now, but we have a lot more work to do,” Eagles’ Right Tackle Lane Johnson, “We ran the ball, we threw it and made some big plays, and we stayed on the field. We finished our drives. Our defense had some big stops and took the ball away. Special teams did the job in tough conditions. It was that kind of day, that kind of win. We needed it, that’s for sure. We need to keep it going. We have a lot of football left to play.”
Player of the game?
Miles Sanders had a greatly needed 65-yard touchdown run.
Philadelphia Eagles open a three game homestand hosting the Chicago Bears followed by a bye week.
