5 Things We learned About Week 10 In The NFL:

5) The LA Rams are done:
Early on in the season, the Rams a Super Bowl hangover. It is much more than that now. The Rams lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers, 17-12. Jared Goff was 22-41, for 243 yards, 0 touchdowns and 2 interception. His passer rating was 51.2 and he was sacked 4 times. Cooper Kupp, didn’t have 1 catch in the game. LA’s offense has been exploited by the San Francisco 49ers and the Steelers. The Scouting report is out, put pressure on Goff and he will struggle. The Rams are the 3rd best team in their own division. I would be shocked if they surpass the 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.

4) Is Lamar Jackson the best player in the NFL?:
The Baltimore Ravens could be the first team in the history of the NFL to average over 200 rushing and passing yards per game. A lot of that has to do with Lamar Jackson. Jackson was the 32nd overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. 32 teams passed up on him and he is making them all pay for overlooking him. The Ravens are 1st in total yards, rushing yards and points per game. John Harbaugh and his staff have done a masterful job of tailoring their offense around Jackson. The Ravens use 3 Tight Ends all over the field. Teams know Baltimore is going to run and they still can’t stop them.

3) What happened to Kansas City?:
Imagine this scenario… 1 quarterback throws 50 times in a game for 446 yards, 3 touchdown passes and 0 interceptions. Another quarterback throws 19 times for 181 yards. Everyone would come to the conclusion, that the first quarterback, wins the game, not on Sunday. The Tennessee Titans upset the Kansas City Chiefs 35-32. Patrick Mahomes threw for 446 yards and Ryan Tannehill threw for 181 yards. The Chiefs had every opportunity to win this game but made crucial mistakes late in the game. They botched a field goal attempt and the game tying field goal was blocked with no time remaining. Derrick Henry rushed for 188 yards and had 2 touchdowns to lead the Titans.

2) The Saints laid an egg against the Falcons:
The (1-7) Falcons flew into New Orleans and dominated the (7-1) Saints, 23-9. The Falcons sacked Drew Brees 6 times and outscored the Saints 13-0 in the 4th quarter. This was the upset of the day. Atlanta had nothing to play for but looked like the hungrier team. This loss is on the shoulders of Sean Peyton. His team was not ready to play and that should never happen to an organization that has Super Bowl aspirations.

1) The Game of the Year:
The Seattle Seahawks upset the San Francisco 49ers, 27-24. This game was a heavy weight fight and Russel Wilson was the best fighter on the field. Wilson has 32 game-winning drives in the 4th quarter and overtime. That is the most since 2012. The former Wisconsin QB has faced 6 teams who were at least 8 games above .500, he is 6-0 against them. The Seahawks added Josh Gordon and Jadeveon Clowney. Both of these players will thrive in a system that lets them be outspoken and vocal. Pete Carroll loves those types of passionate players. The Seahawks could be the best team in the NFL and go on to win the Super Bowl.
