The Los Angeles Clippers traded Tobias Harris, Boban Marjanovic and Mike Scott to Philadelphia, while the Clippers acquire Landry Shamet, Mike Muscala, Wilson Chandler and a handful of draft picks. The 76ers are now the best team in the NBA.

Philadelphia’s starting lineup is now as follows

Point Guard: Ben Simmons, 6’10, 235lbs. 17.0 points, 8 assists, 9.4 rebounds per game.
Shooting Guard: JJ Redick, 6’4, 200lbs. 18.3 points, 2.8 assists, 2.4 rebounds per game.
Small Forward: Jimmy Butler, 6’8, 232lbs. 19.5 points, 3.9 assists, 4.9 rebounds per game.
Power Forward: Tobias Harris,6’9, 235lbs. 20.9 points, 2.7 assists, 7.9 rebounds per game.
Center: Joel Embiid, 7’0 255lbs. 27.4 points, 3.6 assists, 13.5 rebounds per game.

The Sixers now have 5 players who can score 25 points per game every night. The Warriors don’t have this. Draymond Green is averaging 6.9 points per game and for his career he averages under 10 points per game.

The 76ers now have length, shooters, slashers and a plethora of players who can post up on the block. This is the most complete offense team in both conferences.

It will take some time for these players to develop chemistry, but they will figure it out before the playoffs. This team plays with a chip on the shoulder and an attitude almost every night.

No one wants to play them in the post-season.

I would not be shocked if Philadelphia wins a title this year.
