Tom Brady Celebrates 40

As Tom Brady celebrates 40 lets take a look back at his biggest accomplishments over this astonishing 17 year career. Brady has won 5 Super Bowl Championships and it all started in 2000 at pick 199.
I was 8 years old in 2000 when Brady was drafted I was still wearing that Bledsoe jersey but he threw alot of interceptions and the Patriots that year needed a switch. Bill Belichick was on his first year as the new head coach and said the team couldn’t even finish a conditioning drill. Bledsoe got hurt against the Jets in 2001 and started the Brady era in New England.
Brady’s first controversial game the snowgame at the old Foxboro Stadium I remember watching that game with my dad and not knowing if the Patriots were going to choke. Tom Brady’s incomplete pass in that snow game was a huge factor and they ended up winning 16-13.
Brady got hurt in the AFC Championship, Bledsoe came in and got the Patriots to the Super Bowl.
Super Bowl XXXVI was a Red White and Blue Super Bowl as it was post 9/11 And the Patriots came out as a team. Brady played and we all know how it ended .
20-17 win.

Everyone remembers Brady got hurt in the 2008 season and Matt Cassel came in for the remainder of the year, and they missed the playoffs. Brady came back in 2009 and lost in the divisional round to the Ravens. Brady had a few off seasons from 2012-2014 when Belichick said we know the current age and contract situation of the quarterback. That’s when they drafted Jimmy Garoppolo and really got Brady’s ass in gear, wake up call maybe. He doesn’t want his job taken from him like he took Bledsoe’s job.
Now 17 years later Brady won 5 Super Bowl Championships and been to 7. Brady is the role model for other athletes and kids who want look up to be like him. The guy does the best at keeping his body right, and fit as he says he feels better now than he did at 25. It’s really is fascinating how Brady is still the best quarterback in the league all these years later. Patriot fans like myself are really spoiled with all the winning this team has done these last 17 years. It’s pretty much all because of the quarterback, yes Belichick deserves credit too but it really starts with number 12.

My top 3 Brady moments are
1. Super Bowl XXXVI
2. Super Bowl LI
3. Super Bowl XLIX
